People review for Toshiba 15LV506 15.6-Inch Widescreen LCD TV with Built in DVD, White
After looking for a small, white, kitchen TV in all stores, and finding nothing that would be all, I found this on-line. After reading the good reviews, written for it (both the black and this white version), I agreed to take a chance and order without first see “in person”. He arrived in two days, and it was terribly easy to configure. I have obviously been living in dark times with small 9 “TV kitchen replaced it. It ‘s a perfect fit for the table, color and sound are superior to the old one, the various features and options are fabulous are hours in the kitchen – a variety of image formats, forms and ways (yeah, “movie” seems the best) and also the DVD option will be useful even bet. I like the large screen size and, in general, this small spot, and we should all look even better when they spend the rest to digital within the month and get my box card. I agree, there is a delay of a few second’s when channel switching, but that seems to be the fault that I can find and it was pretty minor to me. The red light is not a problem at all and very little light in the kitchen at night is not a bad thing! This was a pleasant surprise!
I was looking for a silver or white television for my kitchen. Very hard to find one below the height mobile tv white – so was excited to have found this. I was disappointed when he arrived because they have holes for mounting under the cabinet top with the mounting hardware. I had read reviews that indicate this was a problem on small Toshibas so I made the effort to call and check before ordering that can be mounted. Sales / service people told me this model can be mounted. This was not accurate. This model can not be mounted (no mounting holes) and support can not be removed. I have not had this long and have not even tried the DVD but the picture is so great I’m taking – it will simply sit on the countertop.
We recently bought a white 19-inch Toshiba TV / DVD was delivered promptly. It worked fine for 2 weeks and then we lost the picture. Speaking with Toshiba we were informed that we had to send the TV to its repair center where it would be repaired free of charge – but we had to pay for packaging and shipping costs us $ 62. A new TV should work longer than 2 weeks and if something goes wrong immediately after the handing Toshiba would pay for shipping (they have not done)
If we had bought the TV in a nearby shop and we could have returned recived a new one – without paying! This is the danger of products shipped.
