I bought this screen television once my old standard definition CRT TV died just in time for the transition to digital. After comparison shopping I happened on this tv and chose it to replace my old 19 “CRT. The first thing you’ll notice about this television is its relative weight, while common for flat panel displays is a nice change from bulky CRT. Also Installation is very simple and, once connected to an HD digital cable box via one of two HDMI inputs, the difference in image quality is immediate.

Initially the TV was connected to my HD cable box via the coaxial port on the back of the TV. Suggested by many as an HDTV review I expected the standard definition shows look worse, when connected via HDMI, but I think that range from coaxial (the bottom of the barrel) to HDMI (top of range), provides for an increase rather than decrease, in visual integrity of shows in standard definition and HD are on display all new level. Bright colors, nice sharp images and high quality of the line are the qualities sorely lacking standard-definition programming and television. Also I have had problems with the viewing angle what so ever. If I had this television for nothing, would be that the sound quality is absent (a hallmark appearance of small flat panel displays), but I advise you to install external speaker to remedy this. Besides small nitpick this series has my stamp of approval.

I bought this TV for my 13 years after repainting his room and kicks his little brother. The picture is clear and very lively. Side and angle of vision is also good. The audio has an SRS surround that sounds great at higher levels. At low levels can be a bit ‘empty, with little bass, but if you turn it up great sound land passes through. I remember, when dealing with this TV to your local WalMart what you see is a direct feed of the digital signal, do not expect this kind of quality unless you have received HD or watching a DVD. Also, depending on your cable network that broadcasts the signal can still see black bars at the top and bottom of the pictu. I talked to Vizio support of this and were very helpful and explained. To be honest, my old 19inch CRT still has a broader and better vision of the regular television!

He has a very beautiful and the tuner to the ears of rabbit, does a better job of 13-inch analog TV to replace. I see reviewer said it has poor off angle viewing, but that is absolutely not true that I have the equipment . also read a review elsewhere that thought off viewing angle was good. The sound is not as good as my 42 “Panasonic, but its a fraction of the cost and size, its good for what it is. Picture size much more visible than a 19 “would be in the office, where I have it. Want to see an exit for a recorder.
