I’ve never owned a Samsung product, and are usually bought Sony products. However, due to price increases by Sony, I decided to consider the options. My setup TV said that Samsung and Sony have been considered two of the Top Rated TV HD.
I have nothing but praise for my Samsung! Extremely strong color, focus, and excellent surround sound!
The only problem I had was the shipping company was delayed two days before the date deliverey.

I’ve been a loyal Sony fan for decades, I bought this Samsung for the bedroom, thinking that it was downgrading and I would save alittle money. To my surprise and my TV Best of the 6 in my house! The image quality and features Blow Me Away. Time will tell if it is as durable. I’m happy to venture out.

I really like this TV so far, after owning a couple of weeks now. I received this TV due to a warrenty replacement for my Samsung LN32A550. My old TV was doing a lot of strange noises and disturbing my sleep has been since it was put in my bedroom. Samsung replaced any way at last. This new TV is a much better picture and sound, then the previous one. My old TV was a model that I have been told is the kind of middle panel. This new model is an S, so I think it has something to do with the image of being much better on this. This TV also has 4 times as much dynamic contrast ratio. My old man had 15,000 contrast ratio and this new one has 60,000. Although the overall design, quality of picture and sound is better in this new, there are a lot of features that Samsung has pulled out of the 2008 (model A), which I liked very much. The LN32A550 had Picture in Picture, headphone jack, illuminated remote and a USB photo and music files. Even the old model also had 2 component inputs and a response time of 5ms. The new TV doesn’t have any of these characteristics. Has only 1 component input and 6ms response time is now. TV Oveall great. I think the new model is also lighter then the older man. It also has a square swivel stand and there is no inputs on the side. I want the 2009 (model B) had some of the older as the entry of additional components, Picture in Picture and the USB port for music and image files. This TV also blows the competetion away, especially when compared with the Sony KDL-32S5100. I had the chance to try out this TV since I was offered as a choice for my replacment warrenty from dealer where I originally purchased my Samsung TV. Ive got to say the picture and sound on it were no where near this new Samsung TV. The blacks are much darker and the colors are much more lively and brilliant. I’m really glad I stuck with Samsung in the end. Samsung offers a very good deal for what you pay for.

Incredible! I read so much about the LCD and visited many dealers who have this product and competing products. So in the showroom I was able to see the pictures side by side. It ‘was very clear right away that the picture of Samsung was far superior to all other LCD TVs in its class. I thought maybe it had something to do with the signal or settings on the TV so I was a bit ‘skeptical. To my delight, the TV was everything I hoped. First of all, the picture is outstanding. The blacks are dark blacks whites are pure white and bright colors all the same as reality. Since it is equipped with a QAM tuner, I managed to connect to my coaxial cable from my wall and tune 100 stations including channels in high definition. Setup was easy, choosing the automatic option and you’ll find all the stations at once. Even stations in standard definition seemed far superior to what we did for my old unit. Since this TV is specially for my bedroom where I had cable I immediately ordered a set top box to receive broadcasts in high definition. It ‘really amazing, the picture is much better than my living room 46 inch LCD from another manufacturer. Considerably higher. The only negative I can say about this TV is that the speakers are very poor, but so that it is a 1080p flat panel assumes that you connect to an external audio device. So you should. The picture quality is amazing from corner to corner, if you will be amazed. I am very happy with this purchase. As you can see in other reviews the TV has all the births that you could imagine. Three HDMI, component, and coax. It has an external digital output options, but lack of movie cards and USB inputs. No big deal. I connected this TV to the PC and HDMI cable and can watch movies bluray playing on my PC. I can not imagine a single thing that I would add to this TV, if I designed myself.
